Having very little money, these immigrants could not always afford the choicest cuts of meat.  Therefore, they began taking beef and pork scraps and mixed them with oats and broth to create a breakfast sausage.

The secret to excellent "All Natural" Pulled Pork Barbecue is the quality of lean pork and the Barbecue Suace that holds it together.  Our Pulled Pork is slow cooked until tender, hand pulled and hand mixed in our Western Style Sauce.  The result is a "homemade" look and taste.  A 3 lb. tub makes 14 sandwiches and a 5 lb. tub will make 22 sandwiches.  Superb in the slow cooker for any family get together!

Our Shredded Beef and Shredded Pork Barbecue are made with carefully selected cuts of meats and mixed with our own Homemade Western Style BBQ Sauce.  Unlike our hand pulled food products, this barbecue is prepared with shredded meat.  It is still prepared in small quantities, meaning you will find better texture and flavor with each delicious bite.
